Move In
• Rates Per Lot include: up to 2 persons, up to 2 vehicles, 1 self-contained RV, electricity, sewer and water.
• Full payment must be made at the time of registration. Credit Cards will charged an additional 3% administration fee.

General Policies
• Check Out time is 11 AM. Check-In time is 1 PM. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated based on lot availability.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• The speed limit is 7 MPH throughout the community.
• Homestead RV Community assumes no responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused or permitted by guests and visitors.
• Park management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or enforce the removal of any guest at its discretion.
• Subletting your RV or RV site is not permitted.

Pets
• Up to 2 dogs are allowed per site. Dangerous breeds are not permitted.
• Dogs showing any type of aggression will not be tolerated in the park.
• All pets must be on a leash and are not to be left unattended at any time.
• All pets have access to our off-leash, fenced-in Dog Park and Dog Wash Station.

Sites
• We do not allow open or wood burning fire pits, but charcoal, electric, and propane grills are allowed at your site.
• Keep your RV site neat and tidy. The use of clotheslines, tents, tarps, appliances, or pet fencing is not allowed.
• All waste disposal hookups must be sealed with all hoses and connections free of leaks.
• All trash must be deposited in Community dumpsters. No storage of trash on sites at any time.

Amenities
• Guests shall abide by the posted rules at all amenities and common areas in addition to exercising general courtesies and common sense.

RV or Vehicle Repair/Maintenance
• RVs must be 10 yrs. or newer and presentable. Exceptions may be made for RVs over 10 yrs. in impeccable condition.
• All RVs and vehicles must be presentable with current plates & insurance.
• Repairs, maintenance or washing vehicles or RVs are not permitted.

Departure
• To avoid additional fees, please leave site pad in a clean condition, free of all trash, debris, and any personal property. Exit lot in proper direction with no cutting across corners of lawns. Thank You!
