CANCELLATION POLICY: If anyone cancels thirty (30) days prior to his/her arrival date, (s)he will forfeit 10% of the half deposit taken for the room. If anyone cancels within thirty (30) days of the reservation, (s)he will lose the entire half deposit taken for the room. When a guest cancels their reservation, their room(s) will be released back into our general reservation system and will not be added back into your block. This applies with Covid related cancellations. There will be no exceptions.
