A contemporary New England two bedroom cottage with 2 en-suite baths, King or Two Twin beds, living room with queen sofa bed, gas fire place, refrigerator, coffee making facilities, LED flat screen TV and outside sitting area. Each cottage is spacious, has private car parking for 2-3 cars and has views of the mountains and grounds.

A large, open plan log cabin with king bed, enclosed loft with 3 twin beds, living room with queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, refrigerator, LED flat screen TV and coffee making facilities. It also has a covered porch, large lawn, private car parking and views of the grounds and forest. The cabin was hand made with logs from the estate and is a favorite for couples and families alike.

One of the oldest structures on our property, the Christmas Farm Inn Barn is a multi-purpose structure. Upstairs, the original haylofts have been converted into four large two-story condo-like spaces. Rustic antique hand-hewn beams and original barn board paneling beneath the chair rails are from ancient trees that were even old at the time of our country’s Revolutionary War! Tall cathedral ceilings and uniquely crafted spaces make these studios an accommodation you won’t forget. These studios are perfect for extended families with children and small groups of friends.
