All reservations require a deposit of one night's room rate, not including taxes or resort fees, to confirm a reservation. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled reservations. Reservations must be canceled or altered outside of the cancellation period listed below or the entire deposit is forfeited. The cancellation period is dependent on the arrival date of the reservation. In Season (June 8th – September 2nd): 14 days prior to arrival date Shoulder Season (April 27th – June 7th; September 3rd – October 6th): 3 days prior to arrival date Off Season (January 1st – April 26th; October 7th– December 31st): 24 hours prior to arrival date RESERVATIONS: Your confirmation guarantees a specific type of room only and does not confirm any specific room number or floor assignment. Preferences are honored in the order that they are received. The Port-O-Call Hotel reserves the right to grant or deny preferences based on availability, hotel occupancy and/or maintenance requirements. Rates are subject to change without notice. Nightly minimums may apply during the season and times of high occupancy. Maximum room occupancy (due to fire codes) is 5 guests. Cots are an additional $25 per day with no additional charge for cribs. CHECK IN: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Although you may register at any time and utilize all hotel facilities, your room will not be ready prior to 3:00 PM. Payment in full must be made at check-in if paying by cash. You must register your vehicle at the Front Desk by providing the make, model, and license plate number. Personal checks are NOT accepted. EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 10, 2012 THE PORT-O-CALL HOTEL WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will not be granted during the season and times of high occupancy. BEACH TAGS: Beach tags are provided during the season at a deposit rate of $25 per tag. Deposits are refundable provided all tags are returned at check out. Beach tags are guaranteed to the credit card on file. If paying by cash, you will be required to pay the additional $25 per tag at check-in which will be refunded at check out when the tags are returned. Tags will only be issued for the total amount of guests registered per room. Due to sand transferred to carpets, bedding and bathtubs and the damage that sand can do to the hotel's laundry equipment, pool towels cannot be taken to the beach. Beach towels can be purchased in the hotel's Gift Shop or in shops throughout the boardwalk. Guest laundry facilities are available in the Lower Lobby. POOL TAGS: Pool tags are required to enter the lower pool deck at a deposit of $10 per tag. Please refer to the requirements for beach tags. Pool towels will be issued upon request and are available on the lower pool deck. To ensure that all of our guests have access to the pool, lounge chairs cannot be reserved in advance. VEHICLES: Only one vehicle per room is permitted on the parking lot and all cars must be registered at the front desk. A parking pass will be issued at check-in and must be displayed on your front dashboard. Parking passes must be visible to hotel employees. Any car found on the lot without a valid parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense. The Port-O-Call Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Off street parking is available for additional cars. No trailers, RVs, etc. are permitted in the parking lot. Bikes are not permitted in the hotel; they must be stored in the Bike Barn or in your vehicle. (Please furnish your own cables/locks). ** Views and room sizes may vary depending on location in building.
