The Folio Balance report lists all of the guests currently in house and the current balances on their folios.
Click the Reports icon from the Action Bar, to open the Reports Area.
Then select Folio Balance from the Revenue Reports section of the Reports Area.
Select one of the available Report Options. Your choices include:
Select the Report Date for the report.
When finished, click Show Folio Balance.
Once generated, the report shows the room number, guest name, the date the guest checked in, the date the guest is due to check out, the current balance, credit limit, variance between balance and credit limit, payment method, and room rate.
By default, the report is generated in PDF form and opens in a separate browser window. From there you can select to save or print the report, among other options. You can, instead, check the Generate report to HTML for exporting checkbox to generate the report in HTML instead of PDF.
