While viewing a Group Stay or Folio, you can click the Stay Activity icon to view all of the activity. It can be filtered for specific Stay, Room, or Rate activity. And further filtered by date, type, user, etc.
To access a guest's Stay information, select Modify Folio from the Action Bar at the top of the screen,
OR
Select Modify Folio from the Registration section of the Full Menu.
Then use the Search screen to find the guest whose stay you want to view.
With the Group Stay open, clicking the Stay Activity button opens the Group Booking Activity screen, which shows all of the activity that has happened for a particular Stay, Room, or Rate.
Click the Stay Record button to return to the Stay information for the group.
Click the Room Activity button to filter the activity list for only Room related activities or changes
Click the Rate Activity button to filter the activity list for only Rate related activities or changes.
Click the Advanced Search (magnifying glass) icon to perform a more detailed search for specific activities.
Optionally, type a value in the box below any of the field names to filter the list by that value. If you type multiple values, the screen displays activities that match both values.
Click Search to filter the list by the entered criteria.
