I acknowledge Cancellations must be received by 3pm 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee.. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the entire cost of the reservation. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking to make sure a "Pet Friendly" room is assigned. A $25 per night pet fee applies in a "Pet Friendly" room. If you arrive with a pet and a non-"Pet Friendly" room has to be assigned, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be applied.
