If the reservation is canceled 7 or more days before 4PM (EST) on the arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days but more than 72 hours before 4PM (EST) on the arrival date, the entire deposit of one night plus tax is forfeited. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before 4PM(EST) on the arrival date are charged the full cost of the stay plus tax. Reservations made within 72 hours of 4PM (EST) on the arrival date are nonrefundable. There is a $25.00 processing fee for all cancelled reservations. Non-Refundable reservations are non-modifiable and non-refundable
